We sure have a lot to be thankful for!!  Grandma MJ, Auntie Lyndsey, and Uncle Al are unfortunately missing from this picture - we felt so blessed to have everyone at our house for Thanksgiving this year!

A Packer game on top of all the Thanksgiving fun - what a great day!!

 

I took quite a liking to Uncle Ray during this visit - he has a very special computer that plays videos of airplanes taking off and flying through the air!  (I heard them say something about You Tube, but I don't know what that means).  Watching the videos with Uncle Ray was one of my favorite activities of the weekend!!

We all went downtown to the Kriskindlemart (an annual German Christmas festival in Daley Plaza) and there were puppets putting on a fascinating show!

 

Thanks to Grandma MJ, Auntie Lyndsey and Uncle Al, I am now a card shark!

Who would've thought that Grandma Chris and I both enjoy reading Lightning McQueen books?!

 

Great-Grandma Neva brought me a spectacular (and spectacularly loud) fire engine - and I love it!!!

Koen's 2-month stats

Had my 2-month appointment today and I'm as healthy as a horse...getting as big as a horse too!  I seem to be taking the opposite route of my big brother (huge head & skinny body) so maybe there is more Hodges in me!

Weight: 12lbs 9oz (75%)
Height: 23 3/4 inches (75-90%)
Head: 15 7/8 inches (50%)

I'm getting quite animated these days too...and I promise, I have given them a few smiles but they just haven't been able to capture them on camera!

Koen's Dedication

We had my baby dedication this past Sunday at church and it was a very special day for all of us.  Mommy and Daddy thank God for me - they say I'm a miracle!  I'm not sure what that really means but I know that God did some pretty amazing things when He made me.  Asher and Amri's parents, Uncle Nick and Aunt Traci were Mommy and Daddy's prayer partners for me but Mommy was not on top of things and didn't get any pictures of me with them or of our whole family.  I told her it was okay and that I would try to cooperate for a few pictures after we got home.

I was so much more comfortable in the pictures above once they released me from this stuffy sweater vest!

Oh no, do we really have to take more pictures?!?!
